In my case, I called him initially because my barn find truck didnt start one morning. It was really more of a nuisance, but seemed to be worsening. I took the truck to dealers service shop on two separate occasions, the second of which they kept the vehicle for over a month. Never did they really listen to my explanation of the problem or show much interest in trying to solve it. Consequently, my expectations for ever getting the truck fixed were quite low. If the dealer, the gold standard for auto repair, was unable or unwilling to find a solution, who would? The problem was evasive and tricky, but Ryan followed his intuition and eventually not only figured out the starting problem (which ended up being rather complex and different than what the dealer thought), but along the way found a couple of other problems caused by pack rats and previous incorrect maintenance. After 3 years of difficulty, my 2002 truck with 30K miles is finally starting and running great again. I cant thank him enough!

I am the proud owner of a 2001 Ford Mustang that needs some serious love. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide my girl the attention she needs. Ryan came out fully prepared to handle the issues we talked about. What I was not ready for was the inspection and attention to detail he gave my little pony. I broke down outside of tucson just before reaching Benson in the middle of nowhere. My car overheated on the freeway, and I barely made it to the next exit.

I called Ryan and he came out of town to help me. He fixed a few small issues with my car but discovered I had 3 inch crack in my radiator (on a Sunday). Almost everything was closed. So he told me he would get the parts need and come back the next day. He arrived the next day earlier than expected and got right to work. Replaced my radiator and hoses, refilled my fluids after checking everything out got me back on the road again.

Ryan from Lightning was my repair guy. He was referred to me from a mobile tire repair company that really helped me out, TreadLogic Mobile Tire. He got me parts I needed in one day and the job was done the next day. I could have went with cheap parts or more expensive parts but I choose the expensive because I value quality work and quality service that lasts. Eric really came through doing both of my lower control arms with the quality new parts so I don't have a catastrophic failure, again. He also quoted me 3 hours but had the job done in half the time in 107 degree heat in the open sun, no shade, working through the afternoon around 2-3 PM so the hottest part of the day. I contacted Lightning concerning replacing a generator belt. When the Mechanic, Ryan arrived he noticed the pulley was also broken and would need to be replaced. He showed me a couple of other items that he recommended get replaced at the same time. As these were necessary preventative maintenance steps, I authorized there replacements. My car had been sitting in the garage.The battery was dead. Ryan came to my house installed a new battery, checked everything out, advised regarding tire pressure. Lightning Mobile Services helped work on my 16 year old Honda. Ryan took the time out of his day to come to my house to look at the car despite his busy schedule.
